We use Hawkeye Security Care who are unique in being one of only a handful of privately owned independent TSA - TEC accredited Cat 1 Alarm Receiving Centre's. They are solely UK based with Centre's both in Merseyside and Lancashire. They operate 24 hours a day 7 days week 52 weeks of the year and are fully TSA and TEC accredited as well as having SSAIB ISO9001 accreditation.
We are ready to respond 24hrs a day, 365days a year which enables you and your loved ones to stay safe at home and just as importantly outside the home as well!
If you need assistance, our priority is getting you help or assistance as fast as possible.. All calls are handled by Operators who have received appropriate training in accordance with TSA Standards, all hold SIA license’s and are competent in their role, to ensure a professional and effective approach with the customer.
We offer a Point of Contact Service which means, in the event of an alarm activation and depending on the type of activation, we will either attempt to contact yourself, if this is not possible, we will then communicate with the Points of Contact held on our records. If this also is not possible, we then contact the relevant Emergency Services on your behalf.
